This is a B-Grade version of the fanfic shaker charm. They are all defective on the inside, where you can see adhesive between the middle and back layer. The degree that you can see the adhesive varies from charm to charm (the one pictured isn't as bad as others). 
 
Note this defect is ONLY on the inside of the charm, so it would not be seen when the charm was closed.
